Very bad.
After travelling for 15 hours I reached hotel, while checking in the person at reception told that this tab is not working so they will not allocate us any room, I showed them the receipt they said they will not approve it and need to talk to manager, they called manager his phone was switched off, we kept standing on reception totally wet due to rain keep on calling manager for 30. Mins or so but his phone was switched off. We ask the reception boy to call someone else he said they don't have anyone else contact, we need to make a new booking of the room then they allowed us check-in. I never expected. They shown the pics which shows different room the rooms were in bad condition, no water bottle, no soap, no towels were provided ac/heater were not working as well.

Not recommended
No lift, dirty bed sheets, no mineral water, dirty rooms, rude behavior of staff, dirty toilets, no glasses in room,
