Stay is ok but they charged another 1000 extra for stay i booked

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

We wanted an early check-in, hotel staff were unaware about the availability and asked us to leave. We had tried calling them earlier as well but received no response. Bedsheets were untidy, pipes in the bathroom were leaking
