Additional money demand

I book the room for rs 1430 as per your app for 3 nights but after reaching at the place the receptionist started to demand more money for the stay. He demanded rs 1000 per night or he would not allow us to stay there. We told him that on the app it was showing rs 1430 and i have paid the bill already. We even said that we would case a file for fraud but he did not provide us with the room and told us to do whatever we could.
