It was terrible. We were not given room and we were then compelled to take another hotel. I and my wife ( both senior citizens) felt so helpless, am unable to narrate. So horrible.

Unreliable hotel booking

Receptionist refused to give room which has booked by me. At night 2330 hrs on 02 may 23, i was not in a position to search for another hotel so i have to bargain and get it paid rs. 300- additionally as he was asking for 500- in addition to paid. It was very awkward situation i faced.

I was charged 1000rs over and above the booking amount and mm t did not do anything about it. Pathetice services from mmt.
