I had pre-booked a classic room but upon reaching the hotel at reception i was told classic room is not available. I had to take the next option which was delux room for which i also had to pay extra 800. Upon insisting multiple times and escalating this with mm t customer care who were very helpful btw, i was finally allotted a classic room the next day. Now about the room there is a stark difference between classic and delux room. Deluxe one was very good maintained, but classic room looked like it was not cleaned in months. There were cockroaches everywhere.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed. Caretakers drink alcohol and don’t respond on the request. There is a liquor shop in the ground floor where all the drinker come in the evening. It’s not safe for anyone at all. Who ever is reading my comment kindly take a wise decision to not to come to this nonsense hotel and be safe.
