there is no proper service,If we book in they are not caring much.the facilities mentioned in the description are not available (example TV and AC was stopped it between the night)

worst hotel ever visited with 3 star rating....how one can rate this a 3 star..dirty room, dirty toilet, disconnected tv, room full of mosquitoes. location is good

1. No service 2. Tv not working 3. There is no option to contact with reception for service. No photos

Room was terrible. Bedsheet & pillows cover has marks on them, not looking good ac was not working even in 18 temperature. Tv was not working in room, when asked simply saying not working, we can't do anything. Even water was not provided in rooms.

Not good, room is ok, toilet flush is not working. Cleaning and maintenance is good. Staff's behaviour with customers is not good.

The worst hotel i had ever seen. Its like a lodge. No one will come to clean the rooms and no one will come for room service. We have to call to there mobile to get room service. In other hotels we will have intercom to call reception. Tv is not working, i called service person he just said that due to signal issue its not coming and what should i do.

Hotel staff was arguing after reaching & demands for additional rs. 750- forcefully we had to pay, it was very amberising infront of other ppl after paying total amount in advance.

This is the worst hotel i have ever visited in my life it would be better if they close it this do some other business

Good and tidy place. Some issues with booking confirmation but make my trip support team helped on time.

Hotel had charged me rs150 more saying that not affordable, tv not proper staff non experienced very bad

Good hotel in main area. Accessible to all areas from here its nearby to all i loved it. Felt safe and secure

hotel had made a lot of issues such as asking additional money 200 after check-in and denied check-out without paying.

Nice service. But, neatness should be improved. Car parking is not sufficient, it should be increased. Inside door locks are not proper, those are also to be maintained properly. In the bathroom, taps should be maintained well.

They didn’t give even water to drink. It was really bad experience and not hygiene, and they got extra amount as well

Stay was very good. A/c was excellent. Should have been provided holders to hang clothes and i would have rated excellent. Also minimum normal drinking water should have been provided.

Not at all good. Washrooms are worst. No parking place
