Had a very bad experience with this property. The pillow covers and the bedsheets were in bad condition and they seemed already used. No blanket was provided. After constant follow up with the housekeeping and the manager the bedsheet and pillow cover was changed after 2 days of stay and after 6 days, I was still waiting for the blanket. No body even bother to clean the room for my stay of 6 days. I will not recommend this property to anyone and will request Make my trip to remove this property from your list. They kept us solidly 1 hour to confirm the online booking even we done payment on Make my trip. Worst service, room not even cleaned everywhere full of waste items were there. Poor Management service and staff behaviour are also very very worst. Totally we stay in the dustbin kind room

Room was not clean and hygiene, no bedsheets, towels provided.

Location was good, it was near Bhudevi complex, where you can get darshan tickets. But the hotel room was not good at all. Bedsheet and pillowcover were dirty, bathroom was dirty. They did not provide soap and towel because it was online booking

One of the worst stay i have ever stayed. Extremely poor hygiene and no proper cleaning. The room was stinking and bathroom very bad in condition. Even a solo traveller can’t stay here. Even if you get a food from outside you still can’t eat in the room due to bad smell.

The quick and simple check-in process pleased me. The personnel was courteous and made it easy for us to check in early.

The room was lovely, and the beds were cozy. Highly recommendable, my family and i spent a night at this hotel. The bathing facilities were excellent.

Honestly, it feels like home. The room has that welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay forever.

The only reason to choose the property is because it’s the closest we could find near alipiri steps. It’s not at all like they show on photos. The maintenance is bad, hygiene is very poor, room stinks with cigarette smell. They ask for extra money on arrival and say it’s gst. Not at all recommended for families. If you planning a very short night stay compromising all the amenities, go for it. Have no expectations at all.

Average & normal room, bed spread &pillow cover was not good, mosquito disturbance was more in room, comfortable sleep was not in room, another rs 150- was collected from me by lodge manager for 12% gst, also bathroom entrance foot mat was very worst. Kindly to say to be rectified the above remarks. Thanks

Overall location of that hotel is good, in fact only location is good. But when it comes to cleanliness, hospitality, environment this hotel is zero (may be in minus scale we can measure). I suggest you all to think before you actually go for this hotel. Other than location nothing is good about this hotel.
