So what happened is, I booked this hotel, I was looking for a cheap but good stay as I was visiting the city for some training purposes and wanted to just sleep and bathing. now as the check-in timings were 12 PM and I was getting late to approximately 7 PM, I tried reaching out to hotel a day before so I can tell them about it, but no response was there. the check-in date came and I again tried and couldn't connect, I then reached to Oyo helpline and they couldn't connect either, thier area manager wasn't available too.
it was getting irritating and I had to leave for the city. so I went there and to my surprise the hotel was there but they were operating independently, manager said they want extra money and I denied and said I'll go for a refund.then he talked to his owner and he gave him permission to let me stay. now it was a mistake of mine that I should have checked the room first, it was horrible. smelly and unhygienic. Oyo needs to again check their partners and whom they are giving their brand to.
