Review Of Hotel O Suman Palace

Breakfast not given by the hotel though on the bill it is printed "Breakfast & Dinner" included.

Makemytrip included Breakfast & Dinner in the bill, but the hotel denied to serve complementary Breakfast & Dinner. After a long discussion they accepted to give the dinner only, not the Breakfast. Staying in the Hotel was nice. All well-behaved staff.

Room is good but some problem like tv not working not proper clean and dinner is aspect as expensive and not good like pay money if i ear other side that is better than hotel dinner

Initially they provide small room rather i booked deluxe room then i told them to give me deluxe room. They give me deluxe room but the deluxe room was also not clean. Its full of dirt and tideness

Rooms are pretty short. And bedsheets and blankets were were torn and full of stains.
