Very bad stay here. I was asked to pay 300 rs for early checkin, where in makemytrip it was written that I can get complimentary checkin 2 hours prior to the stay

they are not interested to give AC room from your book, they were given worst room with your booking, they collected additional Rs 300/-from me for AC room.Its bad experience to me due to booking from your website

In make my trip we reserve 2 room of classic we want and saw that room we have only one small bed for one person we asked the management of hotel they told that u reserved classic room if you need extra bad you have to book deluxe room then only we will provide the king size bed or two beds and the charged extra money for that deluxe room for two rooms for 3 nights we paid 2400 rupees extra money at the management so you have to mention the clearly in classic you got one small bed but you didn't mention that so we faced the problem on the booking at that time

This lodge asking more money ,I will booking dubbule room but they showing single room , and they asked if you want dubbule room extra 500- asked , so don’t choose this lodge , service also very bad,

Very bad experience makemy trip was irresponsible not permitted to check in at property i called customer care but no use they didn't do any alternate solution we are calling many times but no use use less make my trip also not refund my money any way we are going to legall justice

My practical review is suncity hotel is a very good ambience, facilities of washroom, wifi, room service and food is awesome.

Room is not fit for two persons small bed is given and from ac water is coming and spill on ground, i informed to hotel staff no proper response and asked for room change, they said no rooms available

They asked me to pay extra amount if i wanted to stay and even when i payed extra the room was cramped no cleanliness no hot water provided in the bath only mornings overall was a below average experience
