Worth it if you have to stay for a couple of days. Food is good and rooms are kept clean with all the amenities provided as advertised.

Stay was good. Service was also good. Room is small but maintained cleanliness. Hotel manager is a very responsible person and responded well for all my queries. The only thing Am not satisfied is they didn't clean the room the second day.

At the time of booking, I got the breakfast meal free in my package but after check-in Hotel management denied to serve breakfast free. So there is no transparent system.

MakeMyTrip or OYO give you price like less. But in actual they want more as their owner's order. For that type of incident, you can contact the receptionist with soul patch(I forgot his name) is the only helpful staff. Other staffs are not that good. And also I wanna recommend that if you get thirsty, order them to fill the jug(this is free) in your room, not packaged water(this isn't) they bring you. Food is not good as their price, go outside. Ask about Chinese Restaurant or a Dhaba nearby.(walk 2 minutes.)

OK rooms don't expect too much but yes value for money as I paid 1700 for 2 nights which is pretty decent for a hotel in Delhi. Good thing they allowed us early check-in around 4 hours thanks for manager.

Location is good. Clean room but little small. Pathetic staff. Disgusting room service. No manners, don't know how to talk to people. I would not be staying there again. Staff was very rude. Need to improve on the room service.

The hotel denied check in at 12 midnight, and mmt doesn't looked into this matter till now, i booked a new place for 2700 in emergency. Seeking for actions from your end, or i need to file a complaint for this, as every-time i accelerate the issue but mmt is not even considering

We booked 2 rooms and made the payment also but when we reached the hotel receptionist said we have to pay more, the behaviour of the hotel receptionist was very rude. He gave only one room instead of 2. Me and my family 5 people had to sleep in one filthy dirty room. The room in the picture and the actual room is completely different. Not at all neat and clean, damaged roof, filthy toilet, dirty bed sheet and pillow. We didn’t have any other option at night 1 o clock, that’s why we stayed their. Really regret the stay.
