Location of hotel is out of city but close to the airport. No restaurant nearby the stay. Although we have booked classic room they shows ordinery room which has no attached bathroom. They advice d us to upgrade the room by paying the difference. I have selected the classic room having all facilities mentioned on app. There was no any option to select luxury room while booking. Very bad experience from reception counter. There was no any positive response from their side. It appears that they are not care of the customers. One should be confirmed the room while booking. Finally i would not suggest this hotel to anyone. Pl. Take care if you are booking.

Showed a wrong room, asked extra money

At reception the guy said that we have booked classic room which is without any amenities. That room didn’t have in room bathroom, ac, tv etc. Asked for extra money. I had to give a call to police infront of him then only he agreed to let us in.

Booked hotel but at check in shows store room as claassic, ask more payment to give room saying room you booked is 80 sq ft we are giving 100 sq ft
