Horrible experience

I was at official trip and after whole hectic day I needed a place to relax but everything in this Hotel was terrific. Bedsheets, washroom, room size, towels, cleanliness everything is horrible and behaviour of staff is also so. I suggest please don't stay at this Hotel it will be a torture for you.

I recently traveled to Ludhiana on a business trip and I stayed in this hotel, its a budgeted property with all basic facilities. Staff is very cooperative and food is nice.
