Complaint of Hotel stay at Agra Taj Angel home stay

When we reached the hotel Taj home stay they asked there is no vacant room after that they gave us temporary room for little change and asked that they will give us the room no. 103 at 3:00 pm. when we come back after visit Taj Mahal at 6:00 pm the room was not vacant at that time. they provide us room at 7:20 pm and when we stay in room the room AC was not torki h properly . we asked several time but not response we asked for other room. they said that our servant is comming and he solved the problem but we wait at reception till 10:30 pm but not solve the problem at last they approached us to shift nearby hotel and demanded rupees we denied it and after that we slip in non AC room , we have travelled 28 hours journey from Nanded to Agra for comfortable. but it was worst, terrible and not expecting moments staying at Agra
