Everything is okay but due to near rail sleeping could not be properly.

Room was satisfactory
Staff behaviour is beyond expectations. Room was far better than any other room with so much fittings in whole of bhubaneswar. Little distant from the city but nice place. Parking area is very spacious and secure.

coupleHygiene is poor. Room was not properly cleaned, room was smelling bitter. Blankets and bedsheets were not cleaned and smelling a lot.

Night stay was a bit disappointing
Hotel is still in The finishing stage. Room was not clean and The bed sheets and blankets were not changed after previous guests usage. Hotel staff is responsive to The request but little irresponsible in maintaining The property. Nowhere this appears like a Resort. Overall not happy.

We had to leave after 10 minutes. Because the room was very bad. And when I demand a refund I'm told it is against the policy.
