This hote has very bad services and room and bathroom very very bad. How i do water to heat. Even there is no bathroom heater.

The rooms are so so tiny, the washroom is not cleaned at all. The bed sheets aren’t properly washed. On top of that whole requesting for water the receptionist tells come on reception and get the water bottle. Plus there’s no lift in the hotel, very weird.

Property location was spot on. But all good ended there. Mm t had allowed us to book a room for 2 adults and 2 kids, but the property on arrival didn't honor that. So had to book one more room on the spot. This is unacceptable as we were just staying for the night near airport to catch an early morning flight and cud have found another place to stay in the same room of we were informed earlier. The rooms were in hapless condition. Very noisy ac, ac drainage dripping from bathroom wall onto floor, poor bedding, fully damp walls etc. Stayed in room 201 and 203 so you can check for yourself if u visit.

The hotel manager was very rude and charged extra for the stay and upon asking for the rate. They denied talking to the support staff and said to checkout from the room if we needed. Then we have to pay 500 extra for the room as it was 2 o'clock in the night.
