One of my worst experienced . I paid for 2 A/ C rooms but hotel manager simply denied it by saying you have paid less price and allotted one AC and one non AC room. Non AC room was just down a staircase . Hotel posters were stored in this rooms it seems like a store room or staff room. AC room skylight was open, no use of AC use. Horrible experience. I paid for 2AC room but got one AC and a store room to stay.So kindly refund my fund as per calculation. More importantly no direct hotel contact no in your confirmed token. As I was in a hurry and due to my tight business schedule unable to cancel it but do not treat your customer like this. Please refund my fund after due calculation. In this regard I prefer to a personal call from your side to update you more.
