Good staff but Terrible facilities
My stay at the hotel was my worst experience ever in an outside stay! Let's start with the positive side, the staff of hotel were very polite and tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible but the hotel is in a very poor condition. Secondly, it had WiFi which was what made my stay in the hotel bearable. Let's start with the drawback now 1 The lock of the room was very difficult to open and close. 2. A/C was un-serviceable 3. Bed sheets all dirty 4. Towel also dirty 4. Bathroom also dirty, leaking pipes, broken closet of toilet etc. 5. No cable connection on TV 6. No room service 7. No laundry service 8. Lastly, I had complimentary b/fast in my package which WAS NOT PROVIDED to me!

Wrong selection!
Location terrible, room dirty and stinking, doesn't look like hotel, shortage of staffs. I have booked two rooms in hotel for 5 days. But denied to stay from day 1. It's better to stay in safe location and comfort service. Lastly make my trip should review this hotel because the room pictures uploaded in the portal is very much different with actual.

Very poor service
I ordered breakfast at 8:30 and I didn't get the food till 10 am. It's pathetic.
