First time the hotel manager said that there is no room but when i spoke to customer care then they talked to me and got the room confirmed and the hotel. Is good and new which is good! i don't know why all the hotels do this that why the room is not available after you book? but the hotel manager later confirmed the room and he was a nice person and he was given facilities as per his convenience. There was no problem in staying at the hotel and they talked to us very nicely later.

Poor Stay

No rooms were available at time of visit then at last a room was given. Moreover no water supply was there early in the morning when i had to go out early.
