Staffs were very rude and demanding for additional cost, no proper resources.

If you want to feel bad experience stay one day. they taken extra 500 rs. No official people

Worst experience ever

they treated us very badly and room was not cleaned and toilet 🚽 are very damaged toilets are not going inside coming out in the floor. we paid money but they given room really pathetic .

The property did not accept my booking saying the tarif that i paid on make my trip was low and they made me pay extra 2000 rupees. The make my trip team did not help and just kept putting me on hold. And finally said they can cancel my booking with full refund and wanted me to book another hotel in the middle of the night. So over all very bad experience with the hotel and make my trip as well.

After spending my whole day in office, when i went to check in and take some rest, my check in was denied. I was in shock and very frustrated. But make my trip saved my day.

I am disappointed but night time' and so adjustment

Staff asks for extra charges for online bookings. Not interested to even listen.

No proper response, rooms not clean, not even in the facilities mentioned, full of smoking smell, extra charges other from booking, room maintenance 0, rude behaviour

they are having attached bathroom rooms but they have not given to me. They given me common bathroom and others also were using it since they told me it's only for me. common bathroom's water is coming inside to the room and they don't Clean. they don't have a single mirror in room or bathroom.
