    Unpleasant experience. Booked 2 nights ac room, but first day they gave a non-ac room. No toiletries available, no soap provided.

    We booked ac rooms for 7 members but owner allowed only one room with ac two rooms were unsatisfied and without ac. And he refused us to refund and we felt poor service.
