Firstly, the online booking process was misleading. the quality of service was unacceptable. Basic amenities such as towels and water were not provided in the room. Additionally, the room was not adequately cleaned, with dirty linens and other unsanitary conditions. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Worst experience with the hotel. Not even talking sense by hotel representative. Hygienic room and washroom. Waste experience i ever face. I never recommend to book or go in this hotel.
