Fan not working, reception no one available to assist, no towels and basic things, no lifts and rooms available at second floor

I booked and paid the booking amount, when i went to the hotel they told me that they will give me room only if i pay extra rs 900. At 12:30 am i paid with no other option. I asked if it was unfair or not and they didn't care, this hotel management seems like a thieving gang to me i called call center and they said they will pay and send a mail, still no information.
