businessBAD EXPERIENCE I HAVE CHECK IN 11 PM THEY ASKED ME EXTRA 1200 RUPEES. EVEN THOUGH I DON'T HAVE MONEY TO GIVEN THEM. I HAVE REQUEST THEM TO ALLOW ME TO CHECK IN, DUE TO TRAVEL FROM BANGALORE BY TRAIN. THEY WORK ONLY MONEY BASIC. PLEASE🙏 DON'T SELECT THIS HOTEL PLEASE 🙏DON'T SELECT THIS HOTEL.

I Booked this hotel for 3 days stay, when I reached there around 10 PM they were asking additional 1500 rupees, they were saying has reduced our price and we can't check in at the booked price.Later I had to travel to some other place to stay. Terrible experience. (

soloFirst they took the booking then when i reached the hotel denied me checking because of some discount yhat was offered. These hotel reception people were rude and looked upon me as if i was a beggar

Remote location
No hot water. No geyser connection. Hotel staff behavior is very rude. Room was too small.

Very peaceful and delight able stay
Hotel staffs are good and co-operative. Cleanliness is the top notch experience. Outside food not allowed was little disappointing but the place and hospitality was very good. Narkel Bagan Biswa Bangla gate was at footsteps away. From where you can move any place.
