Terrible Stay

Ok. Since my last 20 yrs carrier, i don't found any worst hotel stay as your own unique room is. They won't offer me even towel or bath soap. Ac is there but they asked for separate amount for ac. They have tv but not working. No pantry is their. When i asked them to give me bislery water bottle. They refused it. As they don't have. Asked me to get it for myself from outside shop. Even they charged me rs. 180 for 1 hr early check in. This one is too much horrible experience till date.
