This hotel is very rear to rushikonda beach and has a good amount of eateries nearby. Room was good and spacious with balcony. They charged extra for ac. Parking dove is available. The staff of very courteous and helpful. Special thanks to david and his staff.

Hotel staff is awesome and warm, rooms are hygienic and cleanly. It gives 4 star level treatment. Staff is really cool, helpfull and attentive cleaninliness is top notch

The place is very near to the beach. Very clean. Polite staff. Rooms have all facilities like fan ac cupboard coffee table etc. Neat and clean bedsheets. Lift and parking space available as well. Planning another stay by dc end

The people trying to book a room in a budget this is the best stay i say. Very nice ambiance but they didn't provided the sea view but that okay.

Many things to mention: 1. For Early check in they made us wait for an hour in the lobby and charged extra for it. 2. ⁠There was no mirror in the room and asked to clean the room the everyday and change the bed sheets but never changed them , just sorted the existing one. Geyser wasn’t there and always needed to call the reception to allow hot water. 3. ⁠I agree they’ve provided a kettle as we needed hot drinking water every morning but these all amenities are something which needed to be provided. 4. ⁠requested for 1-2 hrs of late check out but didn’t allow and were charging 50% of room rent for 2hrs. 5. Over all it was Average experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone.

There was no cold water in bathroom. The cold water & hot water pope lines were mixed somewhere. So, only hot water was coming through hot & cold water tapes. There was no exhaust fan in bathroom cum toilet room, whereas there is wall cutout open with provision for exhaust fan. After asking for toiletries, soap, towels. They provided. But towels were not changed each day. No food & tea service available. The road towards the property from the main road is dark at night. Etc. Etc. It's new property with no amenities at all. The tv is only for display with naaptol channel on air. It's a boring stay here. Not recommended for family stay.

2. Utterly useless hotel. Your team has not done a good survey. The hotel lacks basic amenities. Your guy who did the inspection of the hotel is not upto date or was not efficient poor service. Misleading photos first day on arrival room was dusty. Bedsheets full of dust as though nobody has stayed there for ages. No telephone in room 101.
