Perfect location for tourists just behind the MG road at the entrance of the market. We stayed there for 4 nights and got the excellent service and responses from the staffs. There hostility and room and water facility are met our necessity and we have not any objection against it. Perfect one.

I am satisfied by the room and the staff behaviour. I arrived there 13 th mrch 2021, stay 3 days. The thing that i have liked mosty was the location of the hotel. Location of the hotel is very goof absolutely on mg marg. And every facilities available there.

The location was very convenient as it is near to the MG Marg. The service was not good. It was very slow. The food was delicious and hygienic. As far as the value for money is concerned it is average. The hotel is safe and secured. The staff's behavior is polite and friendly. I will recommend this property to others. Overall it was a good stay.

Comfortable stay with some issues regarding service

Location of the Hotel is pretty good just at the beginning of MG Marg. Taxi stand was nearly 100 m away. But there was some issues to be improved. TV was not working, we got a room at 3rd far but there was no lift in the Hotel, WiFi was not working, food quality was not good as per cost. As a whole good Hotel.

Worst hotel service ever

1) water supply has been pathetic since last 22 hours 2) hotal staff has been rude on and off that as if we are staying here for free 3) the extra bas broke as soon as the person sat on it 4)wifi is not working and our important work is stuck 5) grazer is also not working 6)food is like a jail food. Raw bread, raw roti

Terrible Stay

The location was too good. The room and attached toilet was nice but room service was poor. There was no house keeping, no cleaning of toilet, or removal of garbage from dustbin, during our 3 days stay. The TV was there with no network, food was too spicy and food delivered about 1 hour after getting ordered and the most unprofessional thing is that, there was no electricity in our room for a whole day. When we complained about it, they told us that it was a powerful, but eventually we came to know that electricity was there. Couldn't understand why did they cut off our rooms electric connection.
