They didn't give us room and i didn't get my booking money back hotel is very bad no cleaning it's looks like a old read street building

No bed sheet and Tv available in non AC room

I paid so much for non AC room, no bed sheet available, Tv is not working, very poor facilities, no proper entrance gate because of metro station, construction building condition is out dated bad experience.

I did not stayed, I cancelled the booking via MakeMyTrip and run away. MakeMyTrip processed the cancellation in 3 second and refunded the entire money. A big salute to MakeMyTrip team.
The entrance is terribly dirty bed sheets dirty.

Please don't stay.

Bad experience. Manager insult us. Room boy shown a room which water flows from bathroom. Asked another room, which bathroom was not clean. When we said we are not staying, they shouted, asked to get out. Very bad. Please don't go. Better sleep in railway track. Please. No money returned. I lost rs 1000.

I m a traveller. I used to reserve hotels in online only. I have never seen this type of hotel. There is a big hole in the bathroom at ventilation. The windows are half broken. Whole night we suffered with mosquito bites. The tv remote is not working. Main thing is bed bugs are there under the bed. We havenot slept whole night. The most worst hotel I have seen

Waste of money

It's very old building, cleanliness is very poor. Not secure even the door lock not working properly. Toilets and other facilities are very poor. Utter waste, never book this room
