In the om palace hotel was good but there staff was not good behavior was not good and in the room there ac was not working i try many times but steel there not working. Where upload the image ?

yes. very bad room, no toileteries given, not even towel. no water provided. there was noise disturbance. hotel workers were fighting there while giving slangs. my room light got off overnight. no one was picking the call. full of cockroaches & rats. bad hotel worst experience ever.. 👎. no, just don't recommend that for family, it's not safe there
