Hotel Omni Plaza

Location in busy city area is good , parking space available, staff nature very good , food tase is best like home.

Room was good and cleaning was also good but service provide by staff was pathetic and also bad food was served after so many time of waiting bcz staff was busy in parcel packing. And proper parking also not available.

Pros Food was awesome. Room was clean Good breakfast Cons Wifi not working Old fashioned bathroom Service was late

Hotel was average No hot water for bathing At night around 8.30pm electricity shutdown happened for 45mins no Generator backup.. Staff was rude,They would say "No" instantly for any service we asked for.. No towels and soap was provided.We asked for multiple times and then they provided it..

This hotel is not as shown in the pictures. Dirty bedsheets, stincky bathroom, and broken false ceiling. I have to spent my one night stay somehow. Staff was just heard my complaints but couldn't do anything as all their rooms are similar. I checked 3 rooms.

Overall it was a good experience for a 3 days long stay. Also, very good food is also available in the hotel. The food test is excellent, better to include breakfast and dinner with a package. it will save you money and experience good food. one thing is disappointing to us is slow service and very limited staff, however, all staff are supporting in nature., all the things is not provided in room as described in website like small freezer, iron, study room, hair dryer etc.

Food is average very less options if u book room with breakfast facility. Rooms are good, comfortable & location is easily accessible.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

Ac are not properly maintained jets are without proper water pressure daily water bottles not being provided shower gel etc not refilled

Hello there , I'm from Ahmedabad, I booked this Hotel from Online reference. Though I had a little doubt about their rating , and I thought they would have improve their service. But as usual and other review suggested the behavior of Lady manager was very arrogant, no politeness . Room was not so clean , and especially the hygenic cloths like Towl , Bad sheet . They don't know the real meaning of Service . Neither they their own , nor even their staff are well trained. I request other not to consider this hotel until they don't get anyv other options.
