Good location and family friendly. Very close to mapro garden. Hotel is very close to valley view. Attached balcony has pool view.

Its was an average experience about ambiance but overall staff and service was good though their prices for food are little higher side.

Awesome experience
Very nice service, we went late night we have asked them for food. They provided the food even though kitchen was closed. They opened the kitchen for us. Very pleasant atmosphere and rooms were clean.

Excellent Stay
Location of the hotel is awesome, we were able to see elephenstone point from the terrace of hotel. Hotel is clean and safe.

This hotel behind mapro garden. Good rooms in affordable rates. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Bathrooms also clean with good space. Firendly staff, wifi router in all rooms, food quality was good and rates were affordable. Overall a great vacation experience with family

stay for refreshment purpose! service was excellent 👍 staff were very polite and kind. the food was delicious and affordable price.the room was specious and clean as per they charge, the swimming pool was big and clean.highly recommended!

Overpriced, bad rooms and bad service.
First of all, this is not a 3 star hotel. Very bad. The room, wardrobe, pillow cover, table, chair all were unclean. We had to ask for towels and drinking water, it wasn't served initially. Most of the time nobody was available at the reception. Only two guys managing the hotel. The restaurant is for namesake, long menu but you hardly get 3-4 dishes. Takes a long time for service. the hotel is not even worth 1000 per night. Did not have toothpaste and toothbrush. Had to ask and wait for 10-15 mins for hot water. No lift, you have to climb 2 floors. The hotel is almost 1km from main road, you have to walk a steep slope for 10-12 mins every time. Not worth the money.

Hello sir you check in 11.30 pm, our restaurant time is 6 pm to 11 pm, you ordered food at 12 am and the cook is not available, but we offered 2-3 available food items,this is weekend and all rooms are ordered food and service that will be some time service is late Apologizes for that, and every room bathroom 15 ltr electric geyser he take 10 min for heating water, and you booked valley View room second floor mention on room detail so you know that things. Neat and clean room with valley view. Designated parking. Close to nature. Polite staff. Clean washroom. Gallery with mountain view.

Hygiene and cleanliness needs to be maintained. Swimming pool was not use able. Electric appliances not working.

It is a good place. You can enjoy in the pool and bonfire. Staff is supportive and all the famous tourist place is around 15km.
