Initially the room allotted to me was too small and had little smell as well. Subsequently my room was changed and I was comfortable. The hotel staff was quite courteous and cooperative. I feel hotel should provide fresh bed sheet along with blanket. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Service quality is excellent and near to railway station and market is near. Room quality and food quality is good. Behavior of staff is excellent they are cooperative. Lift quality need improvement. Overall stay is worth.

Helpful staff. We checked in at 3. 30 am after arriving by delhi-jammu rajdhani. The staff immediately got into action to speed up our checkin process. Rooms are small. A bit costly. Hotel is about 3. 5 kms from the station

It was a great stay. The Hotel has clean decent rooms as shown in pictures and the owner and the staff were very helpful and courteous. They even arranged cab I needed urgently in early morning hours and even the food is great at Hotel. Thank you.
