The location is good. Not a big property. Nice small restaurant. Not having much parking area. Rooms are small but kept clean. Receptionis was not so cordial. Overall a more than average stay.

Had a pleasant one-night stay with family. The breakfast options were limited but sufficient. Kerala is known for its greenery and cleanliness, and this hotel truly reflected that, making our Kerala trip even more enjoyable.

Not a very nice experience. Dnt go with family. only batchelor accommodation is suitable. Batchelor in almost all rooms smoking and drinking in the corridor. Smelling all around. Very pathetic experience. Dnt have many options for breakfast and will have to eat what ever available i.e one or two options for breakfast fast.

The hotel is very close to Kochi Airport, but unfortunately, the room quality and services were extremely poor. We stayed here for one night, and the experience was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and even after repeated requests, basic bathroom essentials like toothpaste, soap, and other kits were not provided. The dining area was full of mosquitoes, and there was even a shortage of basic items like plates and spoons. The food quality was also below average. To make things worse, the receptionist and staff were unhelpful and showed no concern for guest comfort. Overall, I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel. There are definitely better options available nearby within the same budget.

We just checked out today from the hotel Orfila Inn, Angamaly Cochin. The hotel staff was so supportive and caring, especially the lady on reception. They were so affectionate towards my 2-year-old daughter, which is commendable and really appreciated. Thanks @HotelOrfila

it was a good experience, however Iron box given was faulty.. rather than that had some other issues which was taken care by the staff in a timely manner... hence I am not mentioning it... it's caused by previous guests. So the management is not fully at fault for that...

room was very small and not tidy and back side full of dirty water. only good thing was breakfast which wasimited but ok
