What kind of hotel service is this? The blanket in my room was so dirty and dusty, it looked like it was picked up from the road. When I informed the room service staff, they casually said it was “new” and that “it happens like this here.” When I insisted, they claimed the laundry hadn’t arrived yet, and with an attitude, they simply took the blanket away.
I then spoke to the reception, but they gave the same excuse. I asked multiple times throughout the day, yet no one provided a replacement blanket. By night, they just covered the same dirty blanket with a bedsheet — absolutely shocking for a hotel that charges this much.
There was neither a towel nor any basic amenities in the room. I had to call repeatedly for every single thing. It seems that, for this hotel, “room ready” simply means putting on a bedsheet and calling it done.
When I finally got a towel, it looked like it had been lying somewhere for years before being handed to me. Even the cup I received for tea was in terrible condition. The overall experience was pathetic and completely disappointing.
The next day, I had to call 4–5 times again just to get the room cleaned — something that should be a basic daily service. For such a reputed and expensive hotel, this level of negligence and poor service is unacceptable.
