Best hotel in srinagar. Very helpful staff. Big & clean rooms. Good food. 24hrs hot water. Very hygienic hotel. Overall a very nice stay. We reached in the morning at 11 and check in time was 2pm but hotel provided us room without any extra charge. Near dal lake. Walking distance. Public transport available outside hotel.

Location is near the city, good clean hotel with courteous staff. Rooms are spacious, it is near to dal lake and main city.

Awesome stay. Exact room provided. Clean washroom and room provided with room heater, water heater and thermos. Best for location. Walking distance from dal lake decent staff and welcoming. Overall it was an unforgettable experience.

The behavior of front desk manager, restaurant staff is highly appreciated 👌. The room service/house keeping services needs improvement, very less staff are available here, very limited options in restaurant including breakfast which needs improvement 😀

As i went to anantnag and could not inform about the delay in coming back to the hotel. Mr glam mohammad called me as he was worried that i haven’t come back till 9:00 pm. It indeed touched my heart for his concern.

The hotel is situated at 2 minutes walking distance from Dal Gate. The view from hotel is very ordinary. You will not be able to see the mountains or lakes from hotel room. However Dal Lake is only 2 minutes walking distance from this hotel. Area of hotel is peaceful and the hotel boys are very cooperating and well behaved. The rooms are really nice, clean and very comfortable. The food of the restaurant is also good.

Hotel is located at road near Dal Lake. Evrything is available nearby. Staff is very friendly, helping and polite. I would like to mention a name Fardeen. This guy was very helpful and his nature was very friendly. Provided awesome service. Even at 3 a.m he provided me water and came to see off. I loved this hotel.

The Hotel is located at A walking distance from Dal Lake. We stayed in the Hotel for five nights and we used to go for A walk to the Lake every evening. The room we stayed in was quite spacious. Washroom was also clean and spacious. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The best part of the Hotel was the food. The restaurant was quite small but the food was great. They prepared fresh food on request. Since I don't eat onion/garlic, so I was A bit worried before coming to Srinagar. But the Hotel staff would prepare food according to my request and it was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this Hotel to everyone coming to Srinagar. My Srinagar trip was made all the more memorable due to my stay at Hotel Pacific.

We stayed in this Hotel 4 four days, there hospitality was awesome and Hotel staff was very cooperative and humble. Big thanks to hotel chef Mr. Adil. He is so humble person ever I met.
