this is a quaint little hotel in baner area of pune. the staff are friendly and helpful and will do their best to make your stay a comfortable one. the rooms are cozy and well kept. i would be happy to come back 👍🏻

Excellent food & location but its a little inside the lane & hence for the first time we will find a little difficulty in tracing the location. Staff is good, rooms are well maintained with the furnishings & round the clock customer service.

Our stay at hotel pacific inn was nice, first of all it is without any hassle. We stayed there for three days. The hotel has attached kitchen so that, coffee tea etc can be ordered in house. The breakfast was reasonably good and we had one dinner in our stay, it was more than we expected and reasonably priced. Finally staff are good, help full, non interfering and happy to help type.

Overall a pleasant experience at hotel pacific inn, shall definitely visit

It was a hassle free checkin, was greeted by welcoming and friendly staff both owners of the hotel, it was a pleasant stay as well, my only complaint was the quality of bed sheets, it had 2 minor holes in it apart from that very clean bathrooms and well maintained and clean rooms

The room was nice and spacios with a ventilated view. Balcony has been provided. Though the linens are bit dirty.

Room was not worth even rs. 1500. There are 2 pacific inn hotels in pune. So, same name also caused confusion while booking ride to hotel. Food was good but expensive. We had to request for delivery of glasses for drinking water, room already didn't have those. There were mosquitoes in the room.

There was lot of noise by the staff in the night. Couldn't sleep properly. Very cramped area, lack of parking space. No proper restaurant. Staff was ok.

I had visited the hotel on 16th october the bedsheet was torn and dirty in morning we spotted cockroach as well in the room. Hygiene level is pathetic.
