We had booked deluxe suite room of 400 sqft. Which was suitable for 4 person the room was neat and clean. Also the hotel member where co- operating in nature. The hotel was in nice location.

Pros: the staff were helpful and open to feedback cons: dirty linen smelly room no kitchen so you have to order food or eat out even late at night hot water only in the morning low quality toiletry not worth the money paid.

The location is not shown in pics no hill view and the main door lock is shaking bad safety, the washrooms are missing window glasses and not clean.

I am so disappointed with the stay here. The room was not clean and had cockroaches on bed and floor. No hygiene was maintained not suitable for anyone. The rooms did not look the way it's shown in pictures. No room service and nothing is available so whatever is mentioned in room consider it none. This is the worst hotel experience i ever had
