I booked a room for two days for single person, but when i reached hotel at night they said mine is dormitory bed, i asked for refend my amount as i can't stay in dormitory, but i was denied for it not upgraded my room as they said that all rooms are sold out. I remember very well that i didn't opted for dormitory bed. Very sorry to say but there is some game going on in mm t portals, either by any staff of mm t or mm t by itself

As per the booking voucher provided to us, you booked a bed in dormitory at our hotel, I'm unable to attach the voucher here but will be happy to send it to you if you want. If you can send me the booking voucher you received that shows that booked a room Standard or Deluxe, I'll be more than happy to provide you full refund. As for the refund policy, it's clearly mentioned that on the day of arrival we levy 100% cancellation charges therefore we couldn't provide you with refund.
