I stayed in the hotel palace residency for 4 days. The services provided by the hotel were awesome and also they provided food too (chargeable. Finally they accepted 1 hr late check-out for me.

Property is good and very spacious, it's on main road. Sion local railway station is located at walking distance. Good food & good staff behaviour.

Humble staff. They anticipated guest needs. I was looking for tea, and they made the best ever balck tea and made my mood happy. Super cool. Kudos to all of the staff.

The rooms are quite comfortable. The management of the front office team was outstanding. Flexible check-in and check-out options. Prices that are reasonable. Overall, this hotel is suitable for both corporate and solo travelers.

A good place to stay for a night. It is 7km away from airport and just 500m from kurla west. Location wise, its great. The room is okay. It is a bit small. We were 3 people and staying a nitght was a bit difficult for 3. Rooms are good for 2 people. Ac, fan, tv, geyser work fine. There were mosquitoes, but we were provided two allout machines. So that's sorted. There was one cockroach in the bathroom though. ! various types of food is available. Staff behaviour is also good.

Location was on highway and access to all sort of transportation and other requirements. Food quality was good and hygienic. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Hotel staff cooperative and well behaved.

Good front office staff, helpful in everything. Small room and bathroom. Stay was good and comfirtable. But the location was a slum place. So many garbages here and there near the road. Otherwise everything was ok

Check in is fast but room is not clean, room have insect inside, stains and hair all over the room. The food served is also tastes bad.

The hotel room is no clean. And at first there was really bad smell inside the room. There are dust all over the furnitures. Bedding set is clean. Room service and foods are really well. And the location of the hotel is really perfect.
