Staff was excellent and friendly! only feedback, lot of water is being wasted due to solar water heater and at some times not getting hot water only! food is amazing, but the look the hotel is not appealing. Did not try the first day looking at the hotel appearance, later tried and it was best food

Though slightly far from the main temple but a very good property. I enjoyed my 2 days stay. Room was neat and clean, staff and room service was also good. Food was also tasty. Would recommend ! would

Our stay was superb. Hotel is beautiful and rooms are clean. It is easily reachable from Airport, bus stand as well as other nearby attractions. Hotel staff were supportive. I recommend Hotel Palacious for stay with family.

We had a good time in Shirdi and Sai baba temple darshan, morning we reached to Shirdi and taken early check-in. The negetive part is hotel does not have lift facility. Rooms are small and look like studio room, no restaurant in the premises.

The bed are flat and not up to standard beds in a hotel and it was making lot of noise when we are sitting on the bed itself and we informed the hotel they said nothing will happen it’s the ply problem. And no hot water coming, we need to inform them to turn on hot water services. And there is no wifi at the hotel as well. Overall not happy stay.

The hotel rooms were pathetic. They looted me. I booked something else, they provided something else. Geyser was not working. Children took bath with freezing cold water. Dust all ober the room. They looted us. Made us pay another 2000 rupees when we reached the hotel. I was with my family and reached the hotel at 2 am and the hotel took advantage of my situation and demanded extra money from me to provide me the room that i had already booked. I had no choice but to pay. Please take some action regarding this. .

This situated 2. 9 km away from gate number 1 Shirdi Temple and knowing any local taxi and travels. No restaurant for eating, no hot water, no internet facility, not available any hospitality facility.
