The location was shady. Not known to much people. The staff was cooperative but rooms were not clean. The double bed is actually two separate single beds. Bathroom were not up to. Hot water was not comming. Room service boy delivered hot water in bucket. All over not much pleasure in stay

Hotel palkhi is an average hotel, nothing special as per the terrif offered by the hotel. Lights are not working, furniture is average in the room, not provided toothpaste and toothbrush. No amenities in the hotel. Food is very expensive.

Hotel is clean but escalator facilities are not available. So old aged travellers is facing problems. Staff is okay. Breakfast was not met cost which has been paid. Electric kettle is not there.

Ac was leaking & i was told by the staff that it happened because of our check- in was late. That is so rude. The lock of the room wasn't good, toilet wasn't clean either.

The approach road to Hotel from Railway Station is in horrible condition. The housekeeping of Rooms & Washrooms are very poor. Blankets are smelling and no covering sheets are provided in place of blankets. Mug & Bucket were never washed and are having thick layer of scale on them. I request "Makemytrip" officials to ensure cleanliness in the chain of hotels tied up with them to MAINTAIN THE FAITH OF CUSTOMERS IN ROOMS offered by you.

Hotel was very unclean. Bathroom was worst. Late into the night there were people making noise. Early morning the employees there plays videos on cellphones right outside the rooms. This place is absolute no for families and people who are looking for decent place to stay.
