Review Of Hotel Palms

very good experience about my stay in Hotel palms, near Satra plaza, Navi Mumbai. Hotel staff are very well behaved and work sincerely.

Excellent location if you are going to dy patil stadium for any show, very safe, has got a good bar and restaurant.

Lot of mosquitoes no wifi toilets were not clean

Charges and facilities not matching. Charged rs. but hotel room actually rs quality.

A decent place to stay, it's value for money in Vashi area

The stay was satisfying, room is good in size, good for Solo travellers

Unsafe place to stay. Better alternatives available. Not value for money. Looks like small town hotel. Not suited for Mumbai. Food, infrastructure and hotel room are horrible. Unhygienic place. Total waste of money

The hotel stay was good ... We had visited for exhibition in cidco ... So easily trackable and near to Vashi railway station too .. Service is good .. Will recommend others if for business purpose .. Not with family as kids will not enjoy.

The Hotel was average. Rooms were clean but was smelling bad. Also is not a good place for family. The room service was good though quick. Food downstairs is also not so great. And in the same area several other better options are available. Overall I would suggest Don't go for it cause in the same cost you will get better options.

Good location, reasonable rates considering the location. Courteous and friendly staff which made the stay pleasant. Cleanliness could be improved. Washroom is small. The restaurant downstairs serves good food.

I stayed 3 days and 2 nights in the hotel - no cleaning of room during these days. No changing of bed sheets, bed covers and pillow covers during these days. No removal of dust bin garbage from the room during these days. No cup boards, hangers in the room - if one come drenched in rain (in rainy Navi-Mumbai) - no place for hanging wet clothes.
