The hotel was very good, staff was also very co operative, food was deliciousz the only prroblem was check-in timing. They don't allow any early check-in of any ttype. You have to pay the hotel if you want this

Good staff, excellent service, feel at home environment as the staff is sheet helpful and friendly. Cosy environment. Helpful staff and clean rooms and environmental. Good location on the way to hills.

OK budget hotel

The bathroom lock was not closing from outside, hence have to leave the bathroom open while not in use. The food was terrible as they burnt the butter toast. The cleanliness of the room was not so good.

The hotel is on the highway so if you want to avoid the rush if the city then it is the perfect location. The room was OK but the stay was nice and comfortable. The food quality was not that good and the cleanliness was not done properly

No complimentary water, outside food is not allowed in own room. Water is chargeable. Manager behaviour is not good, asking for bill of chargeable water, they give me it on a small blank paper. This hotel is not suitable for MMT.

The rooms were good and spacious ... Location of the hotel is good ... The reception and the staff members are helpful. The there are many shops near the hotel ... And the transport is easily available ... The bedsheets were little dirty .. And the blanket also ..

The hotel is good and at a prime location. But the rooms are smelly have water leakage. And the worst is the customer service team. Have no manners to talk, they are ill-mannered seems like uneducated group of team is hired by the hotel authorities. Due to so bad behavior o the receptionist we had to checkout on immediate basis. Pathetic experience.

Hotel Panash is located in the good location on Shimla Kalka except this nothing is good. They even don't know how to talk with customers. They even not provide mineral water bottle which they were to provide free. There are other good hotels at almost same price at same location.

When I entered into the room room was stinking very badly Bed sheet was dirty so many things were not good Never go in this Hotel
