This is an excellent hotel ! best staff service and extremely clean and hygienic within the vicinity of prime area of kolkata. I am writing this review after staying 17 days in this hotel. This hotel is in the heart of the city and every place can be travel-led from here. If you ever come to kolkata, book this hotel only for a really nice experience of stay!

Never nice hotel with new rooms. Staff is very polite and friendly. Food was also good booked for 2 nights. Was not expecting so clean and new rooms it will he as showing on mmt and would definitely recommend it.

Rooms equipped with all facilities and great service by complete staff. Room cleaning was excellent. Location and connectivity to entire city is good. Metro station is walking distance.

The location of the hotel is at a prime location. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide spread of dishes. The staff was polite. Services : the wifi was not available in the room. We had to bring our laptop to the reception area to avail the wifi facility. The dining resturant had a variety of dishes, but were of a much higher rate than the nominal prices.

My room was a nice company cozy room with wooden walls. Basic amenities were fully loaded, restaurant was on the expensive side. Location was too goo, accessible easily. You can find many street foods in and around. Cut short, it was an excellent stay.

My stay at the hotel was perfectly good. Staff behavior, cleanliness, response of services demanded all are very good and at par. The food quality and taste is really excellent and also 24 hrs. Restaurant is another facility which i liked most. Some improvement is required in room lighting as well ad wardrobes. Over all it was a good experience.

The hotel is located at a very premium place and there are no issues related to transport or food. It is very neat and hygienic. The rooms are cleaned regularly and staff is also very friendly.
