Hotel room was clear, food not so good

Rooms, washrooms were clean food quality can improve, there is no facility for geyser, service was OK.

Location good but need more cleanliness

The hotel location is good. Wilson dam and Bhandardara lake is at a 5 min walking distance from hotel. Hotel staffs are helpful. Hotel has a restaurant on ground floor. Food was good and reasonably priced. Room looks new or may be newly painted but the bed sheets and pillow covers were very dirty. Need to improve a lot on cleanliness overall. Other good for a night stay. There are not much hotel options available in Bhandardara.

Food was okay but rest all things- hygiene, cleanliness and staff attendants were terrible. To start with they did not have our booking when we reached. Somehow after we requested they gave us rooms that were not at all worth the money paid (rs3600 for each room for one night. Makemytrip should frequently audit such hotels before listing and deciding the charges.

Stay on road but not here

Don't opt for the room in this hotel. Its better to cancel your plan if you are not getting any other accommodation.
Check-in and check-out both were not smooth. Owner of the place wasn't aware of the booking. Worst place to stay. No television, no warm water, dirty etc.
