Stay was good but restaurant service was pathetic, I have ordered 2 subji in room dining but they have given 3 subji & charged extra. When I raise a dispute for the same then they never reverted back even after calling 3-4 times to restaurant & at the time of check out they said person who has taken my food order is not on duty currently & they can't do anything.

It was a terrible experience for me. The room quality was not good. Water bottles are not kept in the room. No one bothered to open the room for the guest. The bed condition was not even asked. All over hairs are spread on the bed. The bed sheet was not clean. It looks like someone has used it. My genuine suggestion is not to go to this hotel.

We had booked this hotel for one night as a stopover. Person at reception counter was rude and told me I have to pay extra because rates has changed. After many calls with the manager and keeping us waiting for 30 mins, eventually he agreed to let us in without extra payment. Rooms are okay, although it was weird that exhaust fan outlet from the bathroom was inside the room, hats off to the architect who designed this. Food was strictly okay, and they don't start hot water for bathing till 7am, which sucks if you want to leave early. Overall I'll not recommend it even for one night.

The rooms were good - no water provided for drinking, there is no supply of hot water 24 hrs- only specified timings. Ample car parking. Room no 105 had bathroom drainage issue but wasn't rectified. We had ordered for extra bed and were provided, but had to be made by ourselves

Service is slow to much, call for something it getting at least 20 minutes. Other thing dinner is good, only thing, improve the service

Although the food was good, some basic amenities such as dental kits were not provided. I had to change my room once because the ac was not working properly. However, the hotel staff provided me with another room that had good ac, but the remote was not working. Taff provided me with another room that had good ac, but the remote was not working.

I didn't stay in that hotel. My plan was changed. . Boking was not cancelled.

Ac is not working, flush is not working, no water availability rooms/washrooms not disinfected before check-in, hand sanitizers not available in common areas dirty bedsheet/blanket/pillows, bed bugs, insects or cockroaches, room category not as expected unavailability of safe drinking water

It’s terrible when you have to sleep with bedbugs. Too many bedbugs in room. Not worth the money spend for a night.
