Hotel is very clean, 24 hours hot water supply, it's in centre of panchmadi near bus stand, very good resturant are available just near paradise hotel. Lift not available it's g+4 stored. Staff is good. Atm is available just below hotel.

Location: the property situated at very prime location of pachmarhi and very easy to locate. Everything is pretty near. Room: rooms are spacious enough having comfortable bed and other seating arrangements. Ac and tv are working properly. Washroom is clean and hygienic with 24hrs hot running water. Staff: staff is polite enough to hear you but should be more professional. Owner should be more friendlier and polite. Value for money: due to on going season, rates are skyrocketting. Price should be on lower side for this type of hotel. Also owner should be flexible enough to allow early check-in as we had to pay half of the amount for 5 hrs early check-in. Overall recommend stay!

Best thing about the hotel is its location main market is just beside the hotel, next best thing is friendly staff, a special mention for MR Shobha Ram a very helping manager of hotel you can ask for anything he will help you out for that, all in all, pleasant stay at this hotel.

I stayed for 3 nights, 4 days in November 2019. Overall it was a nice stay. Pros: The hotel is located at a very prominent location. Manager was helpful. Room service was prompt and sharp. Cleanliness in rooms and bathroom was very good. Food was tasty, homely and reasonably priced. Rooms are sunny and clean. Lots of restaurants available around the hotel. All facilities provided as promised. Cons: Elevator not available. TV channels available are very limited. No exhaust fan in washroom.

It was a nice hotel as the staff was very friendly and cooperative, there was a guy named Satish took care of me in a very good manner as the location was awesome and food was also good.

The hotel is located at the centre of the city and a great place to travel everywhere. Hotel restaurant service was very good and the rate is in the cheaper side only. There are nearby restaurants also

The hotel food and the room was the best part but the nightmare was that the hotel didn't had a lift and rooms begin from 2nd floor. The food was superb. Overall 4-star.
