The location of the hotel was quite good. The room was for 3 adults but they gave only one water bottle. Also the mini fridge was not working, the kettle was broken too. The staff said they would replace it if we told them but we never bothered. The breakfast was very good with salads, fruits, juices etc. Overall the experience was very good.

We stayed at Paramount tower only for a night (2 rooms ). We checked in late night and even then it was very smooth. Hotel staff were really nice and we had a great experience overall. Location of the hotel is very convenient. While checking out I had forgotten a bag at the hotel and I realized it only after reaching my home. Without wasting time, I contacted the hotel and they were more than courteous courier my bag to my home address. Really appreciate their prompt response and timely assistance.
