Everything was excellent. Food was very tasty. Room was neat and clean. Staff behaviour was also very supportive

Disappointed with the Stay – Not Worth the Hype I had a very unpleasant experience at Parkin Hotel, Chandigarh. The cleanliness was far below basic standards — the rooms felt dusty, the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, and the linens looked used and stained. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, with sagging mattresses and flat pillows that made it hard to sleep. Overall, the room felt neglected and unhygienic. For the price charged, the service and quality were a major letdown. Definitely expected better maintenance and hospitality. Would not recommend unless they seriously improve their standards.

Bed and bedding could be better in future staff and other services are food, they can do much better in late price and better option available in market in same price

Ambience of room needs vast improvement. The furniture is not up to the standard. Resto bar at terrace level is good.

The hotel room is very clean but small for a family stay, the food was found to be bit expensive compared to its taste but need to mention the staff is very humble and helpful. We reached very late at the hotel but still they arranged for food even after the kitchen was closed the bathroom had all amenities which some of the big hotels don’t provide

Location is good but the property is old and run down. The lift was not working. The stairs were very dirty and sticky.

Location is good and easy to find food is tasty staff is professional and not rude towels and covers were covered with old stains. We got them changed but the changed ones were stained as well. Rest of the stay was uneventful.

Everything was good. Breakfast was also good all basic facilities were there. Near to the local market. Overall good stay.

Hotel was nice, staff were cordial, breakfast spread was nice, table was nicely decorated and services were awesome, would like to recommend the same for others too

We a family of 5 stayed for a night. Rooms are small and a party kept going till late night which didn't help with our sleep. Also pretty soft spring mattress added to the problem. However, buffet breakfast + service was good
