Easy to locate and very near by railway station. Good delivery staff with careful nature.

Location is good , inhouse restaurant is not functional for dinner.No one was available in the hotel gate to receive the guest and assist the guest and guide the guest to reach their room with luggage

No hot water Plug point didn't work Fan issue They are not concerned about the guest

Pros: The stay is very close to railway station, walkable distance. Cons: 1. Opted for early check in and reconfirmed the availability with Hotel day before my check in and they assured the time. When I reached the hotel , they act like they never said so. Travelling with a toddler I had to argue and show the phone records to claim the room. 2. Bedsheets and towels where used and very dirty. 3. Room was smelling like smoke house. 4. Toilet health faucet seems like a water gun to drill a stone. Literally "Pain in the Ass" 5. Room lock was not functional.

the hotel rooms were clean. blankets and towel could be better. south Indian breakfast was good, staff at dinning were very responsive.

Not clean. Lots of Cockroaches in my room. Fan switch not working as well.

room service was very bad And also we have called multiple times for the basic essentials (towel etc etc) to the reception and they didn't attend the call or when they picked the call they said they have send but it took too much time

Bed size is very small as per the picture. Bed is not enough in size for single person and don't provide extra bed. Direct booking is much cheaper

The hotel rooms are not that clean to pay 3900/- . But it's convenient and walkable distance to railway station users. The hotel staff arranged a taxi through their travel desk for 3000/- .After I got the taxi ( Red taxi) for the same distance for 2000/- only.

value for money ,good location(near Gandhipuram railway station), flexible check-in & check-out available..

Stay was good. Property was neat. Hot water in bathroom was available after 5AM. Did not use the attached restaurant or parking.

The property is old and not well maintained. There are cockroaches in room. We had to wait for one hour for hot water. And the linen and towels were also very old.

Worst.

Its just ok for an overnight stay. Anything more than that will be a discomfort. Very near to the railway station and friendly people at desk.
